ISC Benefit Concert
The International School of Curitiba presents: “Adopt-a-School Benefit Concert IV.” The Benefit Concert is a fundraising event organized by ISC Adopt-a-School students to provide assistance for families living on Ilha Rasa. The program features performances by dance groups from Curitiba and includes Flamenco, Samba, Disco, Jazz, Ballroom, Greek, Hip Hop and the popular Street Dancing. The second half of the performance features ISC student musicians and Mel Maia, a singer with Teatro Lala Schneider.
During intermission, baked goods from the Nilza Tartuce School, a school for individuals with Down Syndrome, will be sold.
ISC Adopt-a-School officers for the 2010-2011 school year are Gabriela Gugelmin, President; Stefania Bonetti, Vice President; Pamela Stürmer, Treasurer; and Julia Wuestefeld, Secretary. The adviser for Adopt-a-School is Ms Zélia Torres.
